Please send a scan or picture of the documents that need translation to steffie.vandelacluze@gmail.com so we can send you a detailed quote. You will receive a reply to your email within 24 hours. In urgent cases, you can also contact us outside business hours.
Opening hours
We are open online Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). No services are provided at the physical company address.
How to send us your documents?
To submit your documents that need translation, you can send a scan or a clear picture via email. The documents cannot be delivered to the physical company address.
How to receive certified translations?
By regular mail (priority mail): Free within Belgium. Shipping costs will be charged for shipments outside Belgium. These shipping costs depend on the country of destination.
By certified mail: Costs will be charged.
Home delivery: Free within a radius of 20 km around Houthulst. For deliveries farther than 20 km around Houthulst costs will be charged. These costs depend on the transport time and the distance.
The certified translations cannot be picked up at the physical company address.
